The spa facilities were thorough, offering a range of
Treatments that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The expansive garden and playground were great for the kids. I felt the restaurant staff could improve their service, as they seemed overwhelmed during busy hours.

Good intentions, flawed execution
The pool was refreshing and the variation for breakfast was good, especially those tasty tomatoes! Friendly staff added warmth to our stay.
Unfortunately, our room had issues like worn-out furniture, and the Wi-Fi was insufficient. Maintenance seemed neglected, diminishing overall comfort.

Awesome stay near Dracula's castle 🏰
Big comfy room with a fine view. The wellness center is such a treat-had the best massage ever! Super nice team, even if their English is a bit dodgy. Clean room too, props to the cleaners!
The room had some wear and tear, which kinda affected the vibe, but we made do.

I liked the rooms/bathrooms design. There was a lot of space in the rooms and nice view. The SPA looks very nice and the restaurant had a good breakfast.
We ate in the restaurant the dinner and there was a live singer - the music was a way too loud.

Beautiful view; large room and bathroom, nice arranged; SPA; kind reception staff; supermarket, pharmacy, bowling etc.
We do not recommend the restaurant (the bean soup was in fact a vegetable soup with 2-3 beans; the cake had a midge on the top; in the morning they had traditionaly party music; some of waiters did not have a friendly attitude). You can eat good food in Bran. The room was not prepared as a twin one as we asked by booking. We had to wait 20 min for bed separation and additional bed clothes. The room was not cleaned during our stay (3 nights). The hotel did not give towels at the pool, therefore some of the clients used the towels from the room, which were not so clean as it should be. The jacuzzi was not always functional.

Very nice hotel: Big rooms, very nice and big pool, wet and dry sauna, good food at the restaurant with decent prices.
The Spa area is opened also to people outside the hotel... And sometimes you might get surrounded by young idiot paesants, shouting and jumping in the pool. There are no towels given at the pool, so you have to take with you the towels and bathrobe from the room.

The hotel is very spacious, with well organized facilities. Big, nice swimming pool, spa facilities. Big room terrace on the first floor (room 107) Breakfast quite good, especially the traditional meat dishes. Shopping center on the site is full of tasty local fresh product, and everything you may need.
The girl from the lobby bar was sitting always in the receptions staff room, having coffee and soft drinks with a boring face, if we would like to have a coffee also we must try to find her first of all. Of course in the next day we went directly to the reception for a coffee :) In the room (107) we do not found a basket for waste materials, so we had to keep plastic bottles, etc in a bag. Also it could be useful to put on guest disposal a sign of " Do not disturb/Please clean my room" avoiding to be disturbed at 9 a clock for tiding your room.... The restaurants a la carte food was without any taste, but the prices are quite high for this quality. Better avoid it ! One old waiter was very rude - the others were very kind - Restaurant close at 24 but the kitchen do not work after 23.

Enjoyed two cozy nights in a spacious family room with a great private balcony. Loved the wellness center with an awesome indoor pool and a relaxing sauna for some chill time. Just a heads up-some amenities listed weren't there, but it still felt like a good deal overall! 😊
